Utility Friendly Tree Utility friendly tree.

Branches don't droop and resist breakage. This tree is so named because of the three small yellow flowers produced  in each corymb.

Native to Northern China, Manchuria, and Korea.

Family: Sapindaceae
Previously listed in the Aceraceae family.

Tree Characteristics

Rounded Shape.

Has Deciduous foliage.

Height: 15 - 25 feet.

Width: 15 - 25 feet.

Growth Rate: 12 to 24 Inches per Year.

Leaves Palmate, Green, Red, Gold or Orange, Deciduous.

Flowers Inconspicuous. Yellow to Green. Flowers in Spring. Has separate male and female flowers on the same tree (monoecious).

Brown Winged Seed, Medium (0.50 - 1.50 inches).
