Branches don't droop and resist breakage.

Native to Lord Howe Island in the South Pacific.

Tree Characteristics

Palm Shape.

Has Evergreen foliage.

Height: 15 - 25 feet.

Width: 6 - 10 feet.

Growth Rate: 12 to 24 Inches per Year.

Leaves Pinnately Compound Odd, Green, No Change, Evergreen.

Flowers Inconspicuous. White. Flowers in Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer. Has separate male and female flowers on the same tree (monoecious).

Yellow, Red and Green Drupe, Medium to Large (0.50 - 3.00 inches), fruiting in Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer.

Bark Green, Rough or Smooth.

Shading Capacity Rated as Low to Moderately Low in Leaf.
