Flowers are a bright magenta rose color. This is one of the showiest locusts in bloom.

Flowers Showy. Pink, Purple or Rose. Flowers in Spring or Summer. Has perfect flowers (male and female parts in each flower).

Brown Pod, Large (1.50 - 3.00 inches), fruiting in Summer or Fall.

Bark Light Green, Fissured.
