General Notes


     Needs good drainage. Attractive in groves. The species floribundus is lobed and does not have leaflets. Native to California.
     A Lyonothamnus floribundus in Santa Cat. Isle is registered as a California Big Tree. It measures 46 feet high, with a trunk circumference of 34 inches and a crown spread of 16 feet.
