General Notes

Hardiness estimate: 10-15 degrees F. Young leaves are rounder and form a circle around stem. Commonly used for flower arrangements.

Leaves Lanceolate to Linear, Silver Gray, No Change, Evergreen.

White. Flowers in Summer. Has perfect flowers (male and female parts in each flower).

Brown or Mostly Green Capsule, Small (0.25 - 0.50 inches), fruiting in Fall Wildlife use it.

Bark Multicolored, Smooth.

Shading Capacity Rated as Moderately Low in Leaf.
